Our activity began in 2006, focused on developing urban renovation projects for the long-term rental market. We developed projects everywhere across the country, but mostly in beautiful cities like Barcelona and Girona.

2017 — today

Porto.

In 2017 we relocated our activity to Porto, where we have centralized all our operations to this day. All these years of activity were fundamental to define our identity and our philosophy: essentially how we operate.

  • For our own portfolio, we focus on urban properties suited to mid-term rentals, typically apartments and small buildings. However, we also develop other projects with different profiles alongside our partner investors and property owners.

  • Midterm rentals cover stays typically ranging from one to twelve months. These are usually designed for relocating professionals, families in transition, digital nomads, or long term travelers seeking a fully furnished home ready to move into, with greater flexibility than a traditional long term lease.

  • Yes. We work with property owners who want to renovate their building to a high standard, whether to live in it, to rent it, or to sell it. We bring the same procedures and standards we apply to our own portfolio.

  • Today our operations are centralized in Porto, where most of our active properties and ongoing projects are located.

  • Timelines depend on the scope, the building, and any licensing involved. As a general reference, a full apartment renovation typically takes between four and nine months from project start to handover. We share a realistic schedule before any work begins.
